Hall Estill, in Collaboration with CTRL Collective, TiE Denver, and Perpetual Ventures, to Launch Rare Air Venture Studio in Denver’s Dairy Block
DENVER– (Monday, Sept. 16, 2019) – Hall Estill, a regional Southwestern law firm with offices in Denver, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Northwest Arkansas, has announced a collaboration with CTRL Collective, TiE Denver and Perpetual Ventures to support the Launch of the Rare Air Venture Studio.
The studio will serve as the downtown home of TiE Denver and will facilitate the interactions between TiE’s Charter Member Investor network and TiE Mentors. Hall Estill attorneys will provide on-site mentorship and host regular office hours for startups and entrepreneurs co-located in the studio.

Schell, who has spent nearly his entire career assisting clients in the venture capital and intellectual property arenas, said the effort, aimed to facilitate additional partnerships with out-of-state venture capital firms and family office investors, bridges corporate innovation efforts into Denver’s booming startup ecosystem.
