The TiE Young Entrepreneur Program (TYE) supports college student entrepreneurs from the surrounding Colorado Universities. Throughout the year TiE Denver has a number of opportunities for young entrepreneurs to be mentored by seasoned serial entrepreneurs along with opportunities to pitch their companies in front of TiE Denver Charter Members, Members, Mentors, Investors and their peers.

TiE Denver offers a Student Membership for $35/year that includes: access to events, one-on-one mentoring, Mentorfest and investor access for the full year. If you are not currently an active member please click here join us now.

Global MindED 2019 Entrepreneurship Pre-Conference Pitch Conference

Pre-qualifications for the Pitch Competition take place March–April, and finalists are selected based on their pitch on the Colorado Power Ranking rubrics. There will be 3-4 finalists selected for the 2 hour pitch part of this event.

TiE Denver is partnering with Global MindED to bring together young entrepreneurs and underrepresented college students achieve career success by providing them with professional skills, resources, networks, mentors, experiential learning and social support.  Global MindED is hosting an annual conference June 6th – June 7th.

Submit your information to be included in the Pre-Conference Pitch Competition.

Attach 2 documents including Executive summary 1- pager and your pitch deck that addresses:

a) Problem/solutions-Specific problem that is being solved and why the company’s solution is better than existing or competitive solution;
b) Intellectual Property –  related strategy
c) Sales/Marketing plan – Go to market strategy, sales force, cost of sales
d) Team – breadth and depth of skills including advisory board
e) Financials- include past year and next three years
f) Revenue model- Gross and net margins
g) Customers- Target and Existing customers including revenue
h) Fundraising – past, current round (including uses of funds, and future rounds).
